Hi !! My name is Bill Herrera, I'm the owner-broker of Paraiso California Realty.
I moved to Cabo San Lucas back in November 2004 from Los Angeles, California
where I was a real estate broker for many years. Once I arrived in Los Cabos I
spent several months learning Mexican real estate law and transactions under
a well know brokerage. Once I felt competent and my level of expertise
increased, many fellow attorneys and brokers suggested that I should open up
my own real estate company, and I did on June 2005 !!
