engineers, observing their construction companies at work, seeing their finished product and asking the developer their
“Satisfaction Index” with the finish product I realize that only one engineer/company always stand out from the rest.
The name of this engineer and his construction company is Ingeniero Jose Lorenzo Balvaneda Meza, located here in
Pescadero and with another office in La Paz. He is very well known in the community, has many important contacts in our State
capitol (La Paz), does everything “by the book”, and most importantly his jobs are completed on-time and on-budget
(something VERY unusual here in Mexico). His “turn-key” packages (from initial draft concepts, to final architectural and
engineering plans, to obtaining all the necessary Federal, State and County permits, to construction and delivering finish
